Return and Refund Policy
Return and Refund Policy for Digital Products:
• Digital items are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges.
Return and Refund Policy for Tangible Products:
Return Timeframe
• Buyer must contact me at: info@DreamLinkArtStudio.com
• Buyer must ship item back within 14 days of delivery
Conditions of Return
• Buyer can return tangible products
• Buyer must provide a reason for the returned item
• Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
• Refund will be provided minus shipping costs and minus condition of the product if not returned in its original, new, condition
